A three day workshop introducing individuals to the wonders of
using plants as medicine in practical and common situations, forming
a basis of knowledge and understanding in herbal medicine.
What is Herbal Medicine?
Herbal medicine is an approach of treating the bodies ailments
with plants that grow from the earth. The usage of these plants
as medicine can be traced back to our ancestors as far back as
20 000 B.C. and many of them are still used in the same way today.
By using plants as medicine our bodies are able to work in harmony
with nature during the healing process. Herbal Medicine is generally
very safe and can be used to compliment conventional treatment
and enhance the bodies ability of restoring vitality.
